I love round ripple afghans. Over the past few years I have made quite a few. I enjoy crocheting them, I love how they look and the recipients are thrilled with them. Currently a pink/brown/beige one is working up for the arrival of a little miss come spring.
To acknowledge my fickleness when it comes to crochet and especially round ripple afghans, I have also just started this stunner. Pammy Sue of Scotty's Place is hosting a crochet a long on this pattern from the December 2011 issue of Crochet World. I am smitten! I can see "several" in the future.
Hop over and join in. You'll be glad you did! Its a great and fun pattern to make.
Crocheting in circles and loving it!
çok hoş olmuş renkleride çok güzel.
ReplyDeleteI like both of them - very nice. :)
ReplyDeleteI love them what a gorgeous shape so pretty. I would never have thought of putting pink and brown together but wow it really works, dee x
ReplyDeleteBoth of them are so pretty. I looked at that one in Pammy Sue's CAL, and it looks like it uses FPDC... I have never done that stitch before. Is it hard to do??
ReplyDeleteOh, pretty!
ReplyDeleteOh they are soooo pretty!!! How are your hands doing?
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty pink and brown combo! =) Little Miss will be blessed.
ReplyDeleteI love the colors you choose. :) Ripples are so much fun to crochet. Now will this new little miss be another Grandbaby?
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you and yours always :)
I love the blue one. I really like how you can see the texture stand out with it. Great job!
