Quiet Morning

Thankfully the snow wasn't much and the temperatues for today are mid to high 50's with sun shine.  The spring flowers are starting to pop through.  So nice to see the splash of color.

A perfect day for an afternoon wedding.  It will be a nice time, a couple of dear friends will also be there and will share our table.

At the moment, in quiet, deep thought.  That seems to happen with the headlines and news of the day and around the world.   So very disturbing.  Praying.

  5. Quiet mornings are the best. I don't watch or read the news most days. I do watch The Today Show every day but it has lots of different stories on and not just the daily news. Enjoy the wedding and warmer temperatures. It is a blustery, dusty day here. I'm finishing up the eggplant colored doily and will be on to my next project. :) Best wishes and blessings as you go about your day. Tammy

  8. Sometimes I don't even want to look at the news because I know it's going to bring me down. But prayer does so much more than we know.

Enjoy the wonderful spring and the memories of the wedding. And just keep praying, because in the end, it's often all we can do.
