of little paws. I've had a dog most of my life. Our last one passed two years ago at the age of 16. I've been so back and forth over getting another dog. I'm going to see Max this afternoon, he's being fostered by a woman for one of our local shelters. I am trying not to be too excited, they told me they have received many calls on him.
Addendum ... he was adorable, a wonderful little dog; several people are interested in him. I made the decision not to pursue adopting him, I'm probably going to regret this.

ReplyDeleteGood Luck! If you ask me, a house is just so empty without a furbaby in it. :o/
ReplyDeleteI hope its love at first site!!!. Our Sadies girl is 14 and Copper is 10. They are our babies. Good for you on going for a shelter dog...we always do.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you're giving another dog a chance at happiness...there's too many dogs and not enough people to love them. Thanks for giving a lucky dog a home!
ReplyDeleteI think ahead to time I'll have to say goodbye to our dog Ginger. Right now I just can't think of ever having another dog. She is just so special.
ReplyDeleteI know though, that each dog has it's own personality and I won't be looking for a replacement for Ginger but another friend who could be just as special.
Good luck in finding just the right doggy friend.
OH, I forgot I wanted to say thank you for your kind comment on my last post, your words are appreciated.
ReplyDeleteGlor-I've been praying for a true friend of the human variety and I pray the Lord will find you just the right 4-legged friend if that is what He deems best for you. Animals are such company.
