It's At It Again

My morning start will be delayed a bit today and I shouldn't be surprised now should I.  After all, its January, winter time and snow season.  I'm not into snow this year.   I'm always saying how quickly time is moving and here I am looking forward to green grass and flowers.

Time to slow down and appreciate.

Blessings to your day.
Safe travel to wherever you go.

  2. I am glad to know that I am not the only one looking forward to Spring. We are suppose to get more snow on Thursday, today it's a rain to snow mix. I am looking forward to the warmth of Spring, the sound of birds singing, and no snow! Blessings always. :)

  3. I have been in the garden this afternoon the first time in months pulling up all the dead and wet that the snow killed off. Its a bright sunny day here the first time we have seen the sun this year its been raining and snowing for the past few months. But it was so lovely to be in the garden and see all the spring bulbs trying to push through the earth. Have a lovely day, Dee x

  4. To everything there is a season under the sun...this is the season to rest, and move the hook and look out the window...and shovel, and scrape, and........under the ground, the flowers and trees are hard at work, preparing for the extravaganza that is springime. It will be worth the wait..it always is. The longer the winter, the sweeter the spring..

  5. Good Morning Glor! I am so far behind with everybody these days, and am disappointed I didn't know you were having another crochet-along! I would love to join in, if I can make the time to.. I'll have to see about that, as I am starting a second scrapbook, AND I have a couple of baby showers coming up (where I don't even know if I have the time to make SOMETHING for those events!!!.. short notice!).. As for the snow, we're getting some here this morning! I was surprised we had school closings even! It seems more icy mess than snow though, so I plan on staying in as much as possible today! Hope you're staying in, and keeping safe and warm too! ~tina
