FINISHED!
I have so enjoyed making this blanket and am sure I will be making others. The pattern for this lovely is called Ryann's Cuddle Cover and can be found at Crochet Mary Ellen's Home on The Web Ryann's Cuddle Cover & Gerbera Daisy Patterns
After joining the squares I added a border of three rows of single crochet, then one row of 3 single crochets, 5 double crochet in next single crochet ... around, join and finish off.
This particular blanket is for a little girl scheduled to arrive in May. Now to find some accessories to add.
Very pretty - I'll have to try that pattern sometime.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Gloria! I, too, loved making those squares. Your blanket is great, and I can't wait to see what Bev does with all the squares. Your little "girl-to-arrive-in-May" will be lucky to cuddle up in this.
ReplyDeleteThat is so beautiful! I am going to make some of these squares for Bev, can't wait to get started on them.
ReplyDeleteOh, it's beautiful Glor! LOVE the pretty purples!! Very nice work! ~tina
ReplyDeleteLovely, lovely, lovely!
ReplyDeleteWhat about a little sweater out of this pattern with coordinating colors?

ReplyDeleteYa gotta make matching booties and a bonnet! LOL!
ReplyDeleteI love the blanket, the colours you choose and the border. The pattern is to difficult for me to follow :-(
