Made these stuffed peppers tonight ... the recipe came from Kalyn's Kitchen ... these are the best stuffed peppers I have ever had. http://kalynskitchen.blogspot.com/2010/09/recipe-for-stuffed-green-peppers-with.html
I made the four of them, thinking I would freeze one, but no, they were so good my husband ate three of them. This is going into the keeper file and in the front for easy retrieval.
And look at the little muffins ... are they just too cute and fit for the season? I've been eyeing the Leaves and Pumpkins silicon mold for a bit and today had my 50% off coupon. I knew there was a reason I was waiting to get this mold and of course had to use right away. Just love a bargain!
Enjoy The Evening.
Yummy!!!

Hi Glor, those muffins are the cutest. I have a roses silicone mold a friend gave me but haven't ever used it. I love your work in progress. Have a great weekend. :) Tammy
ReplyDeleteOh yes, those muffins are adorable and look yummy! I don't like peppers, but I like the stuff in them. When I make them for others, I just put my 'stuff' around the peppers in the baking dish. I still get the peppery flavor without having to waste a pepper that I won't eat.
