The 1918 doily I am working on from my previous post can be found at Free crochet pattern for doilies from Crochet Treasures and is the first pattern on the page(its the one on the left in the picture). I think the other one is also quite pretty and I may have to do that at a later time.
After I finish the doily (as to what I understand the instructions to be) I will be doing it again along with posting instructions and pictures here to work as a crochet-a-long with some individuals who have asked would I do that. Something new for me but I think could be fun. I hope I can do it justice!
OH GLORIA! THANK YOU GOD FOR GLORIA !! THIS IS SO NICE OF YOU TO DO !!! hehehe I am so excited...I am really happy you chose this one on the left...I also wanted this one hehe. Thank you for doing this !!

ReplyDeleteLooks very lovely!!! can't wait to see it finished!
ReplyDeleteHow lovely! I really admire people who do thread crochet. Even though I know how, I don't like to do it because my eyes hurt looking at small things and then I get a headache right away...but I sure love to look at them. They are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteoooh, I really like the doily on the right. I am working on a big cousin to that one right now. It will be quite large when finished. I think I will make the smaller one to match with some super nice quality #30 japanese thread I just received.
