Two of my in progress works are my baby ripple, growing at 37 inches and needing two more rows of yellow and three more of blue and an edging. Should be done and on its way by the end of the week. The sweet little boy this is for will be a week old tomorrow.
And another Between Meal Centerpiece. This is the second one that I am making for myself. I just love this piece. This one is a pattern from 1917. What talent in this design and quite easy to make.
And what projects are you working on?
beautiful
ReplyDeleteHey Glor, they are both beautiful. A couple of weeks ago, our friend Mr. Luis was here from Spain. He took back a baby afghan I crocheted to give to his co-worker whose wife is pregnant with their first child. We met them when we went to Spain a couple of years ago and they were the nicest people ever. They called tonite gushing over the blanket and thanking me over and over again. Their baby boy is due the middle of November and they said they will be sending me a picture of him with his blanket when he is born. Can't wait! I love both your projects. I just whipped up some little pumpkins that are waiting to be turned into jack-o-lanterns with a little black yarn. Hope you are having a lovely day. :) Tammy
ReplyDeleteHoly cow, both are beautiful. But that centerpiece... WOW!!! That's just outstanding!
ReplyDeleteThose are beautiful projects! I am working on a light scarf in a lacy ripple pattern using sock yarn and a classic afghan in Packer colors for my son.
ReplyDeleteThese are very pretty!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful crochet...
ReplyDeleteI really love the pattern of the blanket. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThat doily is stunning! I wish I had the patience to work more intricate things, but I'm useless with thread.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hooking up with WIP Wednesday! (but you forgot to link back to my blog so everyone can see what others have done)
Oh I love the between meal centerpiece...It is on my list of things to do! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteYour ripple is very sweet. The doily is beautiful! I am working on ornaments and just started a doily (on row 7 now).
