Make yourself familiar
with the angels, and behold them frequently in spirit; for without being seen they are present with you.

Two More Completed Crochet-Along Doilies
Two more gorgeous doilies from the Crochet-Along ...
Anita of ASE Knits'n'Crochet (http://aseknc.blogspot.com/) completed hers in this fabulous red. This was her first full size doily and came out just perfect.
Wish I could have been in the group of successful crocheters. Ha! I will give it a try again, one of these days. Right now I am crocheting little pumpkins to give away on Halloween. Have a great weekend. :) Tammy
Thanks ladies for your sweet comments on our doilies!
I would really like to layer/double my red one up with Tina's white...wouldn't that be stunning? I love the red and white contrast together. :o)
Gloria, you are just awesome! Thanks for everything my friend.
Loads of love and blessings, ♥Anita Friends are kisses blown to us by angels. --Author Unknown http://aseknc.blogspot.com/ http://asesaj.blogspot.com/ aseknc(at)gmail(dot)com
Gloria, I would have loved to join, but unfortunately doilies are on the back burner right now. Made hats for the kids and am now working on edgings for the table covers in my living room. Maybe once I get these other projects finished I can join one of your crochet alongs. :)
Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen's Prayer for Spiritual Adoption
Jesus, Mary and Joseph, I love you very much. I beg you to spare the life of the preborn child that I have spiritually adopted who is in danger of abortion.
Glory of The Season
Almighty God, Father of all nations, For freedom you have set us free in Christ Jesus. We praise you and bless you for the gift of religious liberty, The foundation of human rights, justice, and the common good. Grant to our leaders the wisdom to protect and promote our liberties; By your grace may we have the courage to defend them, For ourselves and for all those who live in this blessed land. We ask this through the intercession of Mary Immaculate, our patroness, And in the name of your Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ, In the unity of the Holy Spirit, With whom you live and reign, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
Today is special ...
Today is God's gift to you, how you use it is your gift to God
Before the Threshold of My Day
I've much to do today, dear Lord, But let me kneel a bit Before the threshold of my day That I may enter it With mind serene and heart made fresh with fragrant heavenly dew. That every moment of the day I'll be reflecting you.
I love, love, love to crochet! Always looking for patterns, new threads, and yarn and to share the craft with others. An avid reader, enjoy cooking and finding new recipes and love laughter!
Thank YOU, Glor! I really enjoyed this project! Have a great weekend! ~tina
