In between cleaning, cooking, laundry, (and crocheting), have started the cross stitch on my newborn coverlet. I have been so into crocheting that I forgot how much I do enjoy cross stitch. Looks likes cross stitching is another craft that may resurface soon too and will have to add a project of that as well. Anyway, this is a peek ...
I am using yarn and a tapestry needle.
Saturday Sunshine and Blessings.

ReplyDeleteI love this! I actually have a crochet book that has shawl patterns with crochet on them but I never thought of doing it. Now you have totally inspired me!!!!! I haven't cross-stitched in ages. It is one of my favorite things to do, but time is not always on my side. Sometimes I just need a break from everything before I can kick it back into full swing again. Thanks for sharing! What size hook did you use for your crocheting? It looks like a very tight single crochet. Because our yarn is so thin, I usually use a bigger hook with loose stitches, but for cross-stitching will have to use the smaller hook. Have a great week Glor! Thanks for inspiring me. Many blessings, Tammy
