I Enjoy and Find Joy
- In creating, in making things.
-To give what I have made to someone who will appreciate it.
-To receive a handmade item.
-In the friendships of the people I have found who
share the passion of creating.
Countless blessings lie within these joys.

Hi Gloria, love the graphic..perfect...what you enjoy is really so special, I would agree those are joyful things..straight from one heart to another.
ReplyDeleteI agree 100% with you on the joy of creating things and the blessings of those who also understand the need to create.
ReplyDeleteI've put up two snowmen that might work for the SAL. Let me know what you think. If you have another in mind, that will work, too.
I'll try to spread the word as much as possible. I'd love to do a snowman a month type of thing, but I am a bit slow, so maybe a snowman every other month. :)
Blessings always. :)
Love these little joys!
ReplyDeleteLovely little post, i couldn't agree with you more, dee x
ReplyDeleteHey Glor, I totally agree with joyful list. Sadly, not everyone appreciates a handmade gift. Some people still believe that it is all about the cost and not the thought and time involved. I find that very sad indeed. My post for tomorrow is about my visit with Shereen today and the beautiful gift she handstitched for me. :) It's time for me to hit the hay. Hope you are having a great day. Tammy
ReplyDeleteYour blog is what I enjoy :))
ReplyDeleteHave a great day Glor :))
How very true! I often have a bout of anxiety when I give a handmade gift to someone for the first time. I'm giving an afghan to someone next week and I've never given them anything I made before. Like other crocheters, I feel like I put a piece of myself in the things I make.
ReplyDeleteAnd what I enjoy...
ReplyDeletehaving you for a friend! I love you girl!!!
